Who its for:

Boys in the youth development phase aged 13 to 16 years who wish to develop their footballing ability using physical development as the cornerstone of the programme.

Physical Development underpins the whole of the coaching programme. Developing ‘Core Components of fitness’ allows players to enhance their footballing ability, players will develop:

• Speed
• Strength
• Agility
• Flexibility
• Reaction Time
Youth Development Phase Aims to improve the players ability to perform at a higher level.
